At Radio Flyer, we want you to be completely satisfied with your fashion purchases. If your items aren't the perfect fit, you can return or exchange unworn merchandise within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back.

  Prepare Your Package

  Securely pack your items in their original packaging with all tags attached to ensure your return is processed successfully.

  Attach Shipping Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and affix it to the outside of your package, covering any previous shipping marks.

  Drop Off and Track

  Hand your package to the designated carrier and keep your tracking number handy to monitor your refund or exchange status.
